Paul Fullstone : A Watercolour Landscape

Paul is a self- taught amateur artist who has been painting for about 15 years.

It was something always on his bucket list of things to try and since retiring is now

a full time passion and he paints whenever he can.

Painting mainly in watercolour, pen and wash, and oils his preferred subjects are

landscapes, town and village studies.

A great believer in getting outside and painting from life and even if time will not

allow for finished work he is an avid observer and sketcher.

He now regularly gives demonstrations and workshops to local art groups.

This evening he gave an insight into how he goes about trying to tame

the untameable which we know as watercolour.
